This hotel with views of the Toledo Mud Hens' ball park and the Maumee River is "walking distance" to many of Toledo's attractions, but some observe that the city, on rocky economic shoals, is "somewhat empty"; nevertheless, guests find a "friendly" staff, "clean" rooms and "comfortable beds", and take pleasure in the fellowship and "bottomless" beer mug at Mad Mike's, an on-site sports bar.

The bedding and pillows were nice.
The bathroom was dated and not clean.

This hotel would have been okay, but the tub was not cleaned. There was a used wash cloth in the tub. The towels were cheap and scratchy. Surprisingly, the bed linens were nice in my room with a King bed. The views were nice and the hotel staff was nice. ...read more

The view from my room was beautiful and it was VERY centrally located. The menu was great!
My room smelled like kitty litter but I think it was new carpet. It was quiet so I kept it since I'd be out late.

I needed a central hotel that was safe and clean. This fit the bill. The bed was very comfortable, the food from downstairs was yummy and quick and it suited my needs. It was a three star cause the room was stinky, a bit barren and the hotel staff wasust OK. ...read more

Location.
Rooms need to be cleaned and updated.

Room quality is poor the carpets were dirty and the bathroom needed some renovations. I would only recommend this hotel based on location to downtown.

It was well located for the reasons for being there.
The bath tub and other fixtures did't work all the time.

It was clean and easy to get to off the freeway, our room had a veiw of the river and really comfortable beds. I was only staying one night and it met my needs for that time.

The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel was clean and well kept. They did need to update their TV's to be the flat screen or that most other hotels have. Room was clean and quite.

The hotel was amazing from the location to the friendliest people working there. We got in late after 10:15pm, but did not have supper. All restaurants around the area were closed. The restaurant in the hotel fed us a delicious meal, without a complaint and were very kind and helpful. Even though I think they were closed as well. ...read more

No hair conditioner, only one coffee mug, bathroom had hair

I've stayed in budget hotels for half the price that were just as nice.

Room was comfortable.
No pool, and having to pay to park your car.

Okay hotel if you are looking for a
okay place to stay.
